Therapy should feel human.
No AI in your therapy. Your care is provided by a human clinician. We believe meaningful therapy requires more than information or automated responses. It requires a relationship with someone who listens, understands your circumstances and uses professional clinical judgment to help you move forward.
FAQ
1. How do I get started with therapy?
If you’re not sure what type of therapist or service you need, that’s okay. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Our team can help connect you with a therapist who is a good fit.
2. How do I know which therapist is right for me?
If you’re unsure who would be the best fit, our team can help guide you.
3. What if I don’t know what kind of therapy I need?
During the initial process, we’ll learn more about what you’re experiencing and what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, we can help determine which type of therapist or service may be most appropriate.
4. Do you offer in-person therapy?
5. Do you offer telehealth?
6. Do you accept insurance?
Because insurance participation can vary by therapist, service, location, and plan, we recommend contacting our office to confirm whether your specific insurance plan can be used for your requested service.
7. Will AI be used in my therapy sessions?
Your treatment is based on the relationship between you and your clinician, including your clinician’s professional judgment, experience, and understanding of your individual needs.
If technology is ever introduced into your care in a way that affects your treatment or the handling of your information, we will provide appropriate information about its use and privacy implications.
Your care is personal. Your therapist is a person – not an algorithm.
8. How quickly can I get an appointment?
Contact our practice and we’ll help identify the earliest appropriate appointment available.
